Downloading and installing software is different on Macs and PCs, put the concept is similar. Save the file to a location on your hard drive, then double click it. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once the installation is complete, you must configure the software.

Launch the FirstClass Client.

Click on the "Advanced" button to reveal more choices.

Click on the button.

Fill in the Server line like this:

Click on the button, and you're done configuring the software.

When the Login screen appears, simply enter your user ID and password and click the green "connect" arrow ().

You can obtain your User ID and Password from the Technology Department.
